Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 21 years of age or older. Residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island and Vermont are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
THE PRIZE: Grand Prize: One (1) $1,500 cash.
THE CONTEST: Sign-up and enter to win at any of our websites any time from September 1st through to June 15th, 2009. On or before June 15th, 2009, one winner will be drawn randomly from all entries we receive. Contestants are eligible to enter once daily while the contest is open. Websites include www.MyCreditMyWay.com, www.chooseyourcreditnow.com, www.cashmatchnow.com, www.yournewcheckingaccount.com, www.credit-card-factory.com, www.paydayrunner.com, www.toploanmatch.com. All additional consumers sites operated by Bardon Advisors or Fatbottomline International, LLC will also contain an entry form and will be eligible for this contest.
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is required to enter. To enter simply sign-up and complete this Contestant Application. Limit of one (1) Contest entry per person per day. By signing up, you also agree to all of the rules Terms and Conditions.
DETERMINING A WINNER: A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants received between September 1st through to June 15th, 2009, Fatbottomline International, LLC at its sole discretion will determine the prize winner and all winners will be posted on our home page, beginning June 16th 2009 and will remain there for 90 days.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and at least 21 years of age. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Contest: (a) persons who on or after January 1st , 2008 were or are employees or agents of Bardon Advisors Media, Inc., Fatbottomline International, LLC, or their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, franchisees, or service agencies, or independent contractors (including but not limited to all sales representative organizations); (b) individuals engaged, or employed by a company that is engaged, in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Contest; and (c) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, or spouse) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live; or who reside in the same household, as any person in any of the preceding categories, whether related or not. Residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island and Vermont are not eligible to participate.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Grand Prize drawing depends on the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.
OTHER RULES: By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and all decisions of Contest. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, State/Provincial and Municipal Laws and will be governed by the laws of California and the courts located in LA County.
Bardon Advisors nor Fatbottomline International, LLC shall not bear any liability for entries which are illegible, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed (including, in the case of on-line entries, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet) or at any website, or any combination thereof. Bardon Advisors and Fatbottomline International, LLC reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspect this Contest should a fraud, virus or bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Contest Sponsor shall select a winner in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which you agree to by entering this contest.
